📌 When should I place my order to ensure it arrives by Christmas?
Ideally by December 10th for delivery within Cyprus and by December 5th for international orders. Personalised orders require 1–3 business days for production + 1–2 business days for shipping.
🎁 Is gift boxing / gift wrapping included?
Most products come in beautiful packaging (box, ribbon, pouch, or kraft box). For each product, we specify exactly what is included. You can also add a greeting card or a Christmas tag!
🖋️ How does personalisation work?
You can write the name, message, or dedication you want in the corresponding field of the product. Always check the mockup to see where exactly it appears and if there's a character limit.
📦 Can I send a gift to another recipient?
Yes! You can send the gift directly to a relative, friend, or teacher. Simply enter your own details in the billing section and the recipient's details in the shipping section. The receipt is never included inside the package!

🚛 3. Υπολόγισε χρόνο αποστολής
Η αποστολή από την Κύπρο στο εξωτερικό χρειάζεται:

- 📅 8–12 εργάσιμες για ΗΠΑ / Καναδά / Αυστραλία
Τα Χριστούγεννα, οι χρόνοι αυτοί αυξάνονται. Ιδανικά, κάνε την παραγγελία σου πριν τις 5 Δεκεμβρίου.

Όλα μας τα προϊόντα συσκευάζονται με προσοχή, αλλά μπορείς να προσθέσεις έξτρα ευχητήριο, κάρτα ή κουτάκι δώρου. Σημείωσε:

- 📮 Πλήρη διεύθυνση (οδός, αριθμός, ΤΚ, πόλη, χώρα)
- 📮 Τηλέφωνο & email για την εταιρεία courier
💸 6. Υπολόγισε πιθανό τελωνείο
Για χώρες εκτός ΕΕ, ίσως υπάρξει τελωνειακός έλεγχος. Αυτό σημαίνει πως ο παραλήπτης μπορεί να πληρώσει μικρό ποσό εισαγωγής (δασμός ή ΦΠΑ). Αυτό δεν ισχύει για ΕΕ.
📌 Εάν δε θες ο παραλήπτης να επιβαρυνθεί, επίλεξε αποστολή εντός Ε.Ε. ή δες μαζί μας εναλλακτικές.
