Each year, we receive hundreds of messages from customers with questions about our personalised Christmas gifts. To help you place your order more easily, we've gathered the most frequent questions below – with simple, clear answers.
Ideally by December 10th for delivery within Cyprus and by December 5th for international orders. Personalised orders require 1–3 business days for production + 1–2 business days for shipping.
Most products come in beautiful packaging (box, ribbon, pouch, or kraft box). For each product, we specify exactly what is included. You can also add a greeting card or a Christmas tag!
You can write the name, message, or dedication you want in the corresponding field of the product. Always check the mockup to see where exactly it appears and if there's a character limit.
Yes! You can send the gift directly to a relative, friend, or teacher. Simply enter your own details in the billing section and the recipient's details in the shipping section. The receipt is never included inside the package!

We collaborate with all major courier companies (ACS, Kronos, G.A.P. Akis Express) for Cyprus. You can choose pickup or delivery. For international orders, we ship with Track & Trace international service.
We accept payments by card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and cash on delivery (Cyprus only).
