Every gift that leaves our hands has its own story. But sometimes, that story is so powerful that it stays with us forever.
Two years ago, on Christmas Eve, we received a message from a young man who asked for something very specific: a small frame with a photo of his mother and a phrase they always said to each other – "Don't be afraid, I'm here."
His mother had recently passed away, and he wanted to give a gift to his sister, who had struggled greatly to cope with it. He told us: "I want something that reminds her of mom, but also gives her strength." Thus was born a glass frame with a black base, their photo, and her words.
When they received it, he sent us a photo of the frame on the fireplace, next to a lit candle. His message ended with the phrase: "Thank you for not just making products, but memories."
Since then, we remember this story every time we design a new personalized gift. Because for some people, these small objects carry all the emotion in the world.
